what is the best payment options thru internet? that offers an ATM card?

i am livig in asia and I odnt have a credit card to pay things online.. ccbill is good but it wa slike i need to pay $750 upright and have a good business online... i am just creating a free website and will post pictures there... and definitely i need payment processors thru credit card.. I may say I cannot use PAYPAL since it is not allowed to accept adult camshows as well as stormpay. I bought a stormpay card wayback september and can u imagine until now ... its not yet here! can u please help me/ Im a working student and I need to have a website (a free one that allows adult content) and a good and reliable payment processor...many thanks!

1. Your ATM Card thru your bank as long as it has a Credit Card Logo on it your all set no credit card needed.Everyone Accepts them & that's a known fact I use mine on all my every day needs & buying from stores to on line it's the best.Good Luck

2. If you can't get regular credit card payment, then I wouldn't advise even starting your website. No one will trust your site if you don't offer an easy way of payment. Paypal is a trusted payment process. You'll never make any money by just throwing an adult site up on the Internet and specially without credit card processing. Adult websites are a dime a dozen anyway.

3. If you are just doing the webcam thing, and not a full site, why not just go to http://www.imlive.com or http://www.ifriends.com ?
