How to transfer funds from moneybookers account to paypal?

i did to purchase some items of net, thing is tht they all accerpt paypal nw adays, in most sites..
jst wana knw by wot means i cn transfer tht funds to paypal, wit low fees charged..

1. First you need to open account with pay pal , it is free, then inside your paypal account , you can add a bank account or credit or debit card to connect it with pay pal account. pay pal will send you email and inform you they transfered small amount usally few cents to your bank account.
this process takes up to 5 days , once the money in your bank account you should check exactly the amount of the money sent to you from paypal .

once you know how much, log to your paypal account and enter this amount to confirm you are the owner of this bank account. once this step finished you can transfer any money from your bank to your paypal account and the opposite is true.
