Quick paypal question / payment processing quest.?

Does paypal have a registration form for people to automatically sign -up to pay; to access a service. (Its like a pay b4- you- use- it service.) ?

If not what other serices / payment processors do this this?

if you have a web site and want to use paypal so people will pay for the service
you could go to paypal get the code put it in your web site
visa /master card /etc get the code for the web site from paypal
its easy
