How to get marketing channel partners in USA for Indian IT company?

I'm an entrepreneur from Bangalore running a software development business since a year.
I'm trying expand our market reach to USA to offer our quality software development services.
Can anyone suggest me the way to get into US market without huge investment on marketing?
Ideally, a marketing channel partner who can resell our products or offer our services would help.
But how to get connected to such people or company is what I need to understand. Your help is highly appreciated.
