Does anyone know how to transfer money frm credit card to US bank account aside Paypal, Moneybookers,Stormpay?

I openned a new brokerage account in the US and need to fund it with my credit card. Unfortunately, Paypal, Stormpay, and Moneybookers dont open account for Nigerian residents. I live in Nigeria at the moment and have a card from a Nigerian bank; I have proof of ownership of the card as well.
Does anyone have any such offerings that may be of help?

1. Contact your bank. Almost all of them will trasfer money from your accounts to any other. You might have to pay for it . Ill give them a call.

2. Go to the bank and they can take care of it for u. Be careful tho because there r alot of extra fees they charge for cash advances..
