Moneybookers have blocked my account, and there is money there whats the best thing to do now?

i created 2 accounts they have found out, and blocked one of my acocunts that had money on it, whats the best thing to do? i dont mind if they block all my accounts, as long as i can get the money again

1. what is a moneybooker, and why is your account blocked? If you owe money you did not pay, a court judgement can block your assets elsewhere (lien) and you cannot get those funds released except to pay the debts, or pay from another source and get the lien released.
