What are PayPal,AnyPay,NetPay,Neteller,StormPay,E-Bullion and MoneyBookers means?

Kind of payments thru bank which i dont understand.

2. PayPal is an online payment service that's owned by eBay. It's a way to make payments to anyone who has an email address. You link them to your bank account and credit card. If you want to pay someone you can through your account or credit card.

Most eBay transactions are funded this way as it also offers some protection against fraud.
