Has anyone know what Moneybookers is?

I have to buy something through this website and i dont even know what it is. I would like to know if i can trust it. And if i decide to buy from it, do i have to pay before i get my stuff?

1. Moneybookers is a payment site similar to paypal. Just like any site I was going to purchase from I would check the authenticity of the site and of the payment processor.
If paying by Visa credit card you should be protected by law anyway. If you have problems, contact your bank and they will be able to deal with any issues promptly
