Anyone using moneybookers ?

I have added my credit card debit details into my moneybookers account but i dont know why they show in my balance i have no money there. In my credit card still has money. Now, i want to do escrow payment but they say my amount to send exceeds max. amount of 0.00 USD. Do you know the reason why ? Please help. Thanks
One question for Paypal, i want to send money to pay for goods. My account is personal and they ask me the redemption code. What is that ?

1. Be careful with Paypal. If anyone asks you anything out of the blue don't answer. Its someone scamming your account. Be careful.
