How do I get a refund back from shopstarstyle?

Can anyone help me? I bought an Omega watch from a website called shopstarstyle weeks ago it said it came with original papers warranty etc. It arrived from China no papers and it was a fake. The site wont answer my e mails etc and the money was sent through Moneybookers. Ive contacted Moneybookers and they wont get involved as they say they have transferred the money and done their part of the bargain - HELP!!!!!
