Is there a service that can send money (or a check) to Lithuania?
I'm mostly too lazy to write out a check and mail it, the old fashioned way..
Bank of America Billpay won't do it. Paypal doesn't support withdrawal in Lithuania.. Moneybookers maybe?
I've also looked at payroll services, but I have only one check a month to send- so they're overkill.
Any suggestions?

1. You can get a money gram..
2. Western Union Money Transfer
http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp
You can do this at some local shops and most post offices
Also well hidden cash in the back of a CD or something but id prefer the money transfer its a lot safer
3. Most services like Washington Mutual or Money Gram send internationally..
Although there is a fee, it is a quicker way for the person to send the money and may be received the same day.
4. surely writing a cheque would have been easier
than all this?
what does it take to write a cheque
and post it
and what does it take to go halfway round the world
on the internet, have no luck finding a site
come back again go on answers type out a question
maybe still not get a response you want
due to your wording of the question
by the time you find out what to do
the cheque would have been delivered
put in the bank, cleared and probably all of the money spent
5. www.epassporte.com
I hope this helps, and the fees are certainly smaller than WU's.
6. Ask your bank to issue you a second debit card linked to your account (can even be with the name of the person you send money to); then send them the card, they can withdraw at their convenience anytime at any ATM.
Now, some banks charge a hefty fee for withdrawal overseas, so you will have to ask. My credit union, luckily, charges just a flat fee of $1, so my beneficiary overseas withdraws the largest amount possible (daily limit) and it costs only $1. Moreover, the exchange rate is very favorable as well that way.
