How to deposit money in betfair?

I'm from India. I have HSBC(visa) credit card. When i am trying to deposit the money using this card then it is showing the error " Prohibited country". I even tried with neteller and moneybookers. But i could not upload the funds using this card. Can any one suggest me the best way to upload the funds to the betfair account?
