Moneybookers uploading fund?

Can you help me to describe how to upload fund with NO COST to moneybookers account? Moneybookers dont charge for bank transfer, but I am not sure how to do bank transfer to upload fund into the moneybookers acccount. Some poeple said that you can do the transfer online?? But I am not sure how? Does anybody know in detail how to transfer money from bank account to the moneybooker account?

I live in the U.S.
